We had such a great stay! The Airbnb was beautiful, clean, spacious, and looked just like the pictures. It was perfect for our group and made our trip even more enjoyable. The host was very helpful and responsive whenever we needed anything. We felt comfortable throughout our entire stay and truly enjoyed the property. I would definitely recommend this home and would stay again!

Absolutely amazing stay! ... The wonderful maids who cleaned every other day went above and beyond, even washing and putting away all our dishes so we could truly relax and enjoy our time.

Please do not look any further because this Airbnb is a MUST! I had a group of 24 for my combined bachelorette/bachelor vacation! I must say, everything was as described! Gaby was so helpful with ensuring everything I needed.

The property was gorgeous, so clean, and so homey. I came here for my birthday and it was THE BEST BIRTHDAY EVER!! ... Gaby communicated with me almost every single day of my trip. Even when I was staying at a hotel before coming to the property. She organized ALL of our transportation, every excursion and moved around our reservations whenever needed.

All the reviews are true. This was a beautiful property, great staff, great location. I would come back in a heartbeat. I was there with 19 women. We all felt safe on the property and the stores nearby. I plan to come back with my family. Many people already said it but Gaby is awesome. She made our experience so special and seamless, and never got annoyed with last minute requests.

Michelle & Gaby made our trip to Tulum so easy and stress-free. We stayed at Michelle’s Airbnb for a bachelorette trip with 9 girls total and everything was absolutely perfect. The Airbnb was clean, spacious, and supplied with all of our needs. Gaby helped set up transport, gave recommendations on where to eat, and always responded in a timely manner. The Airbnb was in a highly secured neighborhood, which helped ease the stress of traveling international.

We had an amazing stay. The house is gorgeous. The kitchen has everything you need to cook a few meals. ... The neighborhood is walkable and safe. Our kids loved walking for smoothies and pastries in the morning. The pool is perfect for a family and everyone Michelle has hired is kind and super responsive. A wonderful stay in Tulum for a family.

When I say EVERYTHING I do mean that!! Concierge did everything. All I had to do was ask and Gaby had it done. I am a planner. I like to have a schedule for almost everything, especially my trips!! Prior to arriving to Tulum Concierge had already arranged our transportation for everything including the yacht, excursion and dinner for my birthday as well as made the reservation.

This was the most beautiful Airbnb to celebrate New Year's and my 30th birthday with a big group of friends!

The location was perfect to get to the beach and town. With the level of security to get into the complex, I felt safer there than I have in many other places.

Michelle was extremely communicative from the start. Gaby was AMAZING as well.

Nine friends and I were here for my girlfriend’s birthday and for my proposal to her. Michelle’s place was really nice! ... Upon arrival, the place was very clean and Gaby had someone pick us up from the airport to take us to the house. The rooms were very nice and clean and all had their own bathrooms. The swimming pool was also great. Lastly, my girlfriend said yes!

Where do I begin! This was my second time staying in this luxurious villa in Aldea Zama. This villa is well maintained and spotless. I also enjoy the follow up housekeeping throughout my stay. ... I can officially say that anytime I am in Tulum I will stay in one of Michelle’s beautiful villas!

Michelle’s Airbnb is soo beautiful. It is very well secured. We were greeted by Guest Services, Gaby, and she was sooo welcoming and helpful. She gave us recommendations on where to eat and also set up reservations and transportation for us. ... We fell in love with the place and the rooftop pool and view was beautiful.

Since we were a group of 8 women, safety was important to us and let me tell you, this complex did not mess around! Upon arrival, they ID'ed each of us and requested our individual barcodes that were sent prior to arrival. Not once did we ever feel unsafe.

Was an absolute blast! This house was perfect, the pool was amazing especially during the hot tropical weather. Gaby was such a great help, she was always responsive and gave us great tips and recommendations for food and activities. Looking forward to coming back in the future!

We stayed at Casa Lucas for my thirtieth birthday and had an amazing and relaxing week. ... the best part is Michelle and her team. Their recommendations and help combine some of the best aspects of Airbnb (privacy, lots of space, access to a kitchen, washer dryer etc) with what I enjoy about hotels (excellent customer service, concierge recommendations and help with reservations, cleaning service.)
