I came with 13 girls for my bachelorette trip, and it was absolutely perfect. The villa was beautiful, spacious, and had more than enough room for our group.
What truly made the experience exceptional, though, was the staff. Gaby, the concierge, went above and beyond to make sure everything was seamless. ... Our group especially loved spending time by the main pool and on the rooftop pools.

Our group of 6 (plus a 1 yr old) had the most wonderful stay at Michelle’s place. First and foremost, Gaby was phenomenal. Whether she was making reservations at restaurants and beach clubs, calling taxis, or getting us milk for my baby when we ran out, she was always so sweet, helpful and quick to respond. ... We felt completely safe in the neighborhood and enjoyed walking to the community pool and down the road to nearby taquerias.

It comfortably accommodated our large group, and the pool and outdoor areas were perfect for relaxing and spending time together. ... Gaby and Mike were incredibly helpful, responsive, and went above and beyond to assist with transportation, reservations, recommendations, and anything else we needed throughout the trip. They truly made the experience seamless and stress-free.

15 of us stayed here to celebrate my birthday and it was PERFECT! There was plenty of space for everyone and great communal and private areas around the Airbnb. The property manager Mike and concierge Gaby were always around if we needed anything at all. We also used their private chefs for breakfast every morning and it was definitely worth the money.

The house is stunning and was perfect for our group of 6 adults + 1 toddler. The pool and backyard are an oasis and we spent most of our time enjoying out there. The house is perfectly kept, with plenty of space and beautiful design. The location is very walkable to multiple restaurants, coffee shops and amenities and only a short ride to the beach. Would highly recommend to others for a relaxing and private place to stay in Tulum.

Let me start off by saying the property itself is absolutely breathtaking. ... It is also at the end of a cul-de-sac and feels so private. Additionally, not once did my party ever feel unsafe while staying here (mind you I came here with 5 other women and our main priority was safety). The property is in a gated community and the houses are protected by a digital passcode.

Our stay at Aldea Ka’an exceeded our expectations. It is truly a home away from home. ... You will feel like family! The breakfast spread every morning was amazing. Thanks for making my husband’s birthday the most memorable vacation!

Our stay at aldeakaantulum was incredible! The house is beautiful, spacious and clean. Gaby from guest services went above and beyond to answer every single question we had and coordinate anything our group needed. They were professional while also being extremely warm and welcoming. The location of the house was also perfect, right in between town and the hotel zone. We felt like we had the best of both worlds. Highly recommend staying here!
