The Aldea Kaan Tulum concierge stocks groceries in the villa on request, billed at cost plus a small fee: any grocery or alcohol request available in Tulum. Chedraui supermarket is 5 minutes by car and a small local market is within walking distance. The first morning's breakfast is included at every villa and served in the villa; the concierge arranges breakfast on more mornings on request, at extra cost. Drinking water is provided in every villa.

Mike, the property manager and Gaby, the concierge gave great advice and recommendations for our stay. Upon arrival we had a meal prepared for us that was delicious and very affordable! We even had enough leftovers for lunch the next day. It was a treat not having to worry about cooking on our first day. During our stay housekeeping did a great job and the maintenance crew kept the property and pool extremely clean!

But the total cherry on top was Michelle and her staff. Especially Gaby. Literally every. Single. Thing. We needed or asked for they took care of. I mean everything. From having groceries waiting for us when we got there to helping us get a private chef and getting a yacht. To recommending GREAT restaurants AND booking transport to and from AND transport to/from the airport. AND having bikes delivered and Gaby even stopping by to say hi in person and make sure we were ok.

10 of us had a GREAT stay! Loved the mature landscaping in the backyard and a very nice sized pool. Our concierge Gaby was amazing! Arranged for groceries, a chef, breakfast cooks and more. The neighborhood was very safe with great security and perfect location between the beach and town. Not one complaint here..

Gaby was incredible at helping us plan our perfect vacation. ... She made us feel secure in all of our activities as they were vetted through her, and she had a vested interest in making sure we were all having the best time while in Tulum.
