How does a retreat use the five Aldea Kaan Tulum villas?
Each Aldea Kaan Tulum villa is a self contained house: 3 bedrooms with en suite bathrooms, a living room, a kitchen, a pool and a rooftop terrace.
A retreat can give each family or team its own villa and still meet in a shared outdoor space when the gates are open: Casa David, Casa Emilia and Casa Lucas share one, and Casa Lydia and Casa Thomas another. The 15 bedrooms sleep 56, and La Privada adds a clubhouse, a community pool and paddle tennis courts.
Can a group work from Aldea Kaan Tulum?
Every villa has wifi and air conditioning, and Casa Lucas and Casa Lydia list a dedicated workspace.
Casa David adds an ethernet connection. The dining table seats 12 at Casa David and at Casa Thomas.

We came to Tulum for our annual Cousins Trip and it was a total of 19 of us. We used the 3 villas and couldn’t be happier. They were private, yet we were able to flow in and out of each villa freely through the gates in the back. They looked exactly how they were pictured and were immaculate. Aside from the beautiful aesthetics, the concierge team really made our stay an amazing one.

When we were looking for a place to celebrate my 50th, and my daughter’s 30th… we looked at about 20 options. We are soooooo glad we chose this house. ... We had 23 people with us, including all of my wife’s parents, my daughter and her kids, sister and her family, and several friends and their partners and families. The houses were clean, comfortable and well looked after. Super easy to have a large group between the houses.

The rooftop pool became everyone's favorite spot, especially for basking in the morning sun while the day was just beginning to heat up.
