Our group of 6 (plus a 1 yr old) had the most wonderful stay at Michelle’s place. First and foremost, Gaby was phenomenal. Whether she was making reservations at restaurants and beach clubs, calling taxis, or getting us milk for my baby when we ran out, she was always so sweet, helpful and quick to respond. ... We felt completely safe in the neighborhood and enjoyed walking to the community pool and down the road to nearby taquerias.

Mike, the property manager and Gaby, the concierge gave great advice and recommendations for our stay. Upon arrival we had a meal prepared for us that was delicious and very affordable! We even had enough leftovers for lunch the next day. It was a treat not having to worry about cooking on our first day. During our stay housekeeping did a great job and the maintenance crew kept the property and pool extremely clean!

My family and I had a wonderful stay at Michelle's house in Tulum. The house was spotless when we arrived and very comfortable. ... We felt very safe on the property. The house cook was excellent at preparing us breakfast each morning. I highly recommend this house for families or a larger group of friends.

This place was amazing! The house was just as described and more beautiful than the pictures. The community is private and gated, made us feel safe. We loved the pool & rooftop and the team came to clean during our stay to help keep leaves out of the pool. The location works well it’s not too far from Ave Kukulkan which takes you straight to the beach. I’d definitely stay here again!

We stayed with a group of 6 and nothing about her property was lacking. We had ample space (thanks to three rooms with ensuite bathrooms!), a fully stocked kitchen, not to mention the absolutely idyllic outdoor living spaces between the private pool and functional rooftop to relax on. ... It is also an easy walk to cafes and convenience stores (we frequented these several times for food and coffee) and a short ride to the beach.

Truly had the most incredible time here. First off, the home is absolutely gorgeous, exactly as listed. The pool and backyard were beautiful, great to relax in. And inside was spacious and clean. The air conditioning and amenities all worked great. The home is in a gated community with security guards at all times, so it felt very safe. The neighborhood outside was also very quiet and peaceful
