The Airbnb was just right for our group of 11, making it the perfect setting for a bachelorette party. Airbnb should make a new tier of "Superhost" just for Michelle. I stayed at her villa (15 ppl) and it was even better than we expected from the other A+ reviews. We all slept comfortably, appreciated the clean bathrooms, and enjoyed the beautiful common space (two amazing pools!). The neighborhood is really safe and we could walk to get dinner, coffee & groceries.

The Host: Michelle does an excellent job at managing her properties. Always quick communication and went above and beyond for us. When we had an issue, she quickly responded and sent her lovely onsite staff to resolve the issue and check-in on us. It was so appreciated and made us feel well taken care of. All of the information that was sent to us before our arrival perfectly explained everything and even included recommendations for our time in Tulum.
